TV shopping company JML has appointed Bite as its first retained communications, content and social media agency, as the company looks to create ‘a story’ around its products.

JML has tasked Bite to “reflect and extend the impact” of its product stories through campaigns that “showcase how innovative they are”.

“We have always been proud to do everything in-house but with the ever-growing success of our company, we needed expert support to tell our story in the best way possible,” said Rob Falconer, sales director at JML.

“Bite’s enthusiasm for our brand was matched only by our own and it will be the perfect partner in our continued growth and success.”

The account for JML, which was founded in 1986 and has two film studios and three shopping channels, will be led by Bite director Jon Silk.
