Omnicom’s DAS Group appoints Emma Sergeant as president of Europe

Omnicom’s DAS Group, a global group of marketing services companies, has appointed Emma Sergeant as president of DAS Europe.

In the new role Sergeant, who was most recently managing director of Global Business for Ogilvy Healthworld, will help cultivate relationships with clients, identify client needs and opportunities, and connect them with appropriately skilled companies from the breadth of DAS’ offering.

Reporting to Dale A. Adams, chairman and CEO of DAS, Sergeant will also build multi-discipline teams and help companies adapt, grow and deliver for the benefit of clients.

“The DAS Group of Companies offers clients an incredible breadth and depth of expertise with more than 200 companies representing leading brands including PR, research, branding, CRM, event, promotional and healthcare,” said Adams.

“Emma’s insight and experience into fast emerging markets, multiple disciplines and company offerings will be invaluable to both our senior leadership team and our clients.”

Last week Omnicom’s advertising network TBWA Worldwide acquired German advertising agency Heimat.
