UM London wins media business for Build-a-Bear

Marketing communications agency UM has added Build-a-Bear to its roster of clients after winning the contract to oversee its media business in the UK and North America.

The London based arm of the global business inherited the account from MNC and will now handle all planning and buying of offline and digital media as well as analytics.

Build-a-Bear currently operate in excess of 400 workshop stores worldwide, spending around $12m on media in the US for 2013 and projected to spend £1m on media in the UK this year.

UM’s client list includes the likes of Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Sony, MasterCard, Johnson & Johnson, L’Oreal, and Chrysler.
