Moss Bros is looking to help boys to get ready for their prom in a new competition offering the chance to win a £50 gift card and annual tickets to theme parks across the UK.

The ‘Leave it out mum’ Facebook application, created by whynot, will be live for two weeks and will suggest that going to Moss Bros is better than having your mum choose your clothes.

Owen Griffin, social media manager at Moss Bros, said: “We're really excited about this digital promotion to support our Proms campaign which will help Moss Bros customers look their sharpest on the big day.”

Fans of the Facebook page are invited to try to pop the balloon, with those who are unsuccessful able to try again 24 hours later.

Nick Whitehurst, CEO at whynot, said: “We’re really excited to launch our first campaign with Moss Bros to help them drive brand awareness through social media and word of mouth. We look forward to seeing some fantastic results."

The campaign will be promoted through online outreach, social advertising and email marketing.
