Dulux’s ‘Change your story with colour’ campaign continues with the launch of its second phase promoting the Dulux Paint Mixing service which lets people customise their paint by selecting the right function or finish for their room.

The 40-second film ‘Cocktail’ features the same couple who fell for each other during a fictional time when colour was banned in the first ad. Meeting up at an underground ‘Speakeasy’ instead of illicitly enjoying alcohol everyone inside is enjoying colours.

At the bar brightly coloured cocktails are being mixed, but instead of drinks, these are pots of paint.

The campaign has also been brought to life online by AnalogFolk with an update to the Dulux site highlighting the advantages of Dulux Paint Mixing and the functionality behind Dulux MixLab units, rolling out in Homebase stores nationwide. A targeted social media campaign, also handled by AnalogFolk, will commence in the coming weeks showcasing the benefits of paint mixing to decorating enthusiasts.

Created by BBH London ‘Cocktail’ will run from today (Monday 12 May) with accompanying press and digital activity.
