Creative agency Mr President has been appointed to manage the global brand and advertising for UK start-up Morphsuits following a four-way pitch.

The costume brand, founded in 2009 by three university friends, has set its sights on “revolutionising” the costume industry and has appointed Mr President to help it create a “big, transformative” idea capable of helping it achieve this goal.

Mr President will focus on a range of UK and US-based projects, spanning film, digital, website, PR and social

Laura Jordan Bambach, creative partner at Mr President and former creative chief of Dare, commented: “The Morph Costume Company and Mr President are united in our passion for dressing up, and what a seriously fun business it is. In fact we've often found ourselves donning a jaunty outfit in the office just to give Tuesdays an extra boost. So we are delighted to have been brought on board to partner with the brand as it embarks on its mission of market – and world - domination, one costume at a time.”

Gregor Lawson, founder of The Morph Costume Company, added: "We want to revolutionise the costume industry so we've been hunting for an agency partner in crime / Spandex. We are delighted to appoint Mr. President who blew us away with their awesome insight, strategic thinking and big, big idea. We can't wait to get started.”

The first campaign will kick off in the UK and US this summer.
