Today’s launch of the dot London web domain is being trumpeted by a new advertising campaign created by Albion London spanning outdoor, print and online.

The new address will enable London based organisations, businesses and individuals to flaunt their prized geography online by migrating to the shiny new domain.

Albion was appointed to the account in January following a competitive pitch run by Minds + Machines Ltd, the registry provider behind the new domain.

Andy Cutbill, executive creative director at Albion, said: “This is a tremendously exciting campaign, one that’s a perfect fit for Albion’s core business proposition of working with entrepreneurs, our creative strengths and our position in the city. It’s a great chance for the city’s businesses to draw on the strength London has in today’s global marketplace, in order to express their own individual online identity. We’re thrilled to be a part of it.”

Antony Van Couvering, CEO of Minds + Machines said “We are proud to be launching Dot London and we think that Albion are the best agency for the job of growing the new domain. We are confident that Albion’s campaign will contribute to the success of the Dot London.”
