Sky has appointed Fever to develop and deliver campaigns for Now TV, the internet TV service, following a four way pitch.

Fever pitched against Freud, Red and Hope & Glory for the account, which it will work on together with Sky’s in-house team.

Bruce McLachlan, Fever joint MD, said: “Sky and entertainment are synonymous, so creating exciting, engaging, shareable campaigns is the best way of ensuring that consumers understand the Now TV and Sky propositions.”

The account was previously held by Cake.

Hannah Ashby, Sky head of product and brand PR, said: “In a fast-moving home entertainment market, we need an agency that not only understands our industry, but also demonstrates both the strategic capability and creative flair to create genuine consumer engagement. We’re very excited to be working with Fever.”

Today, the ASA banned a Now TV ad for ‘exaggerating’ the available content.
