Ao.com looks to increase share in online electrical retail market with new BMB ads
The online retailer for electrical goods, Ao.com, has unveiled a series of new TV and online ads, featuring Coach, the motivator of the Ao.com’s Price Match Team.
Created by BMB, the ads will also introduce characters Barry and Jean, and feature real employees as extras.
John Roberts, Ao.com’s CEO said, “Ao.com is a business, that is fanatical about giving great customer service. We obsess about every single aspect of our customer’s journey. The latest creative executions do a great job of dramatising the world of Ao.com, showcasing what makes our business so special - our employees and our customers.”
The ads follow on from the company’s inaugural TV campaign last year, which marked the re-brand from Appliances Online to Ao.com.
