Manchester United signs sponsorship deal with Eurobank

Eurobank haa signed a four-year sponsorship agreement with Manchester United which will see them become the official financial services partner of the club in Serbia.

The deal gives the bank exclusive rights to market the official Manchester United credit card to the estimated 1.2m supporters in the country. Fans who make use of the card benefit from a range of discounts for Club merchandise and events together with a range of competitions and prize draws – including the chance of a trip to Old Trafford and an array of signed shirts and memorabilia.

Manchester United’s group managing director, Richard Arnold, said: “I’m delighted that Eurobank are announcing this credit card as part of our new partnership with the bank. With 1.2 million followers in this country, Manchester United already has a strong following in Serbia and we hope that this new partnership with Eurobank will help this burgeoning following grow even larger.”

President of the executive board of Eurobank in Serbia, Philippos Karamanolis, added: “Cooperation with Manchester United is one of the most important business moves for Eurobank. For the first time in the region, this distinguished club launches cooperation with a bank, and this represents a great honour for both Serbia and us as a partner of the legendary club.“
