PR for the MTV EMA’s will be handled by Stripe Communications, following a competitive pitch with two other agencies.
Starting from next month, Stripe will be tasked to engage the brand’s core, digital savvy audience, whilst raising awareness of the awards show, which is taking place in November at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro.
Juliet Simpson, Stripe managing director, said: “Both the city of Glasgow and the Stripe team have an extremely busy and exciting year ahead and the MTV EMAs ensure the year will end on a high. We’re looking forward to working with the MTV team to help cement Scotland’s status as a top music destination.”
Stripe will also look to promote additional MTV-UK specific initiatives on both a national and local scale.
