BrightRoll appoints Beth Steinberg as vice president of people

Programmatic video advertising platform Brightroll has appointed ex Facebook executive Beth Steinberg in the newly created role of vice president of people.

Joining from Sunrun, where she held the position of vice president of talent and organisational development, Steinberg has been tasked with leading talent acquisition with a specific focus on training emerging leaders, managers and executives to scale the company.

Previously, Steinberg worked at Facebook, where she served as the company’s first vice president of human resources.

“BrightRoll has a talented group of employees that have led the company to develop key innovations for the digital video ad ecosystem,” said Steinberg.

“I look forward to further cultivating the amazing company culture that BrightRoll embodies and introducing new programmes that continue to advance the company’s position as a technology leader.”

Steinberg is responsible for spearheading external events to support BrightRoll’s employee initiative BrightWomen which seeks to encourage leadership and empowerment for women.
