Leo Burnett London promotes Katie Lee to managing director role

Leo Burnett has promoted Katie Lee to the post of managing director at Leo Burnett London.

Appointment: Paul Lawson with Katie Lee

Lee has been at the agency for seven years, most recently as marketing director across the Leo Burnett Group. She will retain responsibility for group marketing alongside the new role.

Paul Lawson, CEO of Leo Burnett, said: “Katie represents a key appointment for us as an agency. Heading up our group marketing she has brought focus, drive and discipline to our new business and reputational success.”

Lee added: “Having a managing director for Leo Burnett, the advertising agency, allows us to bring the focus back to a brand with many deeply talented people behind it and a brand that I have a fierce passion for.”

Prior to joining the agency, Lee spent time at BBH, Saatchi & Saatchi and CDP. She is also joint chair of the IPA’s New Business Group.
