Green Cave People has made three senior additions to its team, with creative team Jackie Steers and Ira Josephs joining as executive creative director and creative partner, respectively.

The duo worked together as an award-winning creative team for 20 years, most recently at DLKW.

Joseph said, “Joining Green Cave People is an amazing opportunity to be part of a new creative model.”

Holly Ripper also joins the team, in the role of managing partner, having previously worked at Ogilvy London.

Of the move, Ripper said: “The people at Green Cave People are truly brilliant; always challenging, relentlessly curious and everyone has a mean sense of humour.”

The appointments will now see agency founder Marc Cave focus on his role as CEO of GCP, while co-founder Malcolm Green will take on a newly-created role of creative chairman.
