Andy Wong joins the agency from DigitalLBi in the newly created position of head of analytics, where he will enable the delivery of improved measurement frameworks, and support the continuing move to demonstrate clear ROI on client marketing efforts.

Caroline Benson has joined the firm as head of account management, with the brief to improve efficiencies in Realise’s processes and teams to help boost client engagement.

Bill Rogers has been appointed as head of search and performance marketing, where he will ensure that messaging and placement across the search, social, mobile and display channels deliver the best possible results from their online campaigns.

Now by optimising performance and delivering measurement frameworks that prove the effectiveness of our work, we not only make clients look good, but help them focus on elements that produce return.

“All three strategic appointments will help grow the business and create a fresh definition for excellence in digital service for the future.”
