The UK media account for high street retail brand Marks and Spencer is under review.

The company says it is seeking to partner with an agency that will deliver improved service, following the recent departure of its marketing manager Steven Sharp, who left the company last month.

“We regularly review our agencies to ensure we are getting the best possible service,” M&S said in a statement.

The incumbent agency on the account is Publicis Media’s Walker Group, which has been invited to enter the tender for the business.

Marks and Spencer launches its latest UK campaign on Monday.
