Post Office offers public the chance for Barbershop Quartet to serenade their mums via Vine
Stuck for a Mother’s Day present idea? The Post Office is offering 15 lucky people the chance to serenade their mum with a barbershop quartet delivered by ‘special delivery’ on Vine. Created by Mindshare UK, the competition will run on Twitter on 25 and 26 March, asking what people would like to share with their mum on Mother’s Day, using the hashtag #DearMum. The winning 15 entries will be selected by the Post Office and turned into video messages that will be sung by the barbershop quartet, who have previously appeared on BBC Three and Capital Radio. Darren Jones, social media manager at Post Office said: “Our social campaign looks to promote the next day special delivery mails service by using an engaging social content format. This activity comes after the very successful Christmas gift wrapping and last posting dates vines that we shared in December 2013.”
