Helsinki-based marketing and communication agency hasan & partners has acquired a 51 per cent stake in creative digital agency Perfect Fools.

“The world is heading towards even greater integration, which is a huge opportunity for our clients and us. Also, mobile marketing and e-commerce are both on a rapid rise and clients are looking for a capable and reliable partner to help them in the transition.

"They no longer want to go to one place for their online and another for offline needs – it is all just one and same thing, their marketing. And today all of it has a digital angle to it,” said Ami Hasan, founder and chief executive of hasan & partners.

Patrick Gardner, CEO of Perfect Fools added: “Joining forces with our friends at hasan & partners enables us to better answer the integrated briefs we see more of. Although we already work with many clients on more than just digital, now we can offer greater and wider capabilities.”

Since 2008 the agencies have worked together on a number of campaigns, including the Kauko Café experience for World Design Capital Helsinki, and Emotion Cube for Helsingin Sanomat.
