Futures Housing Group seeks operators to provide interactive website for local authorities
Futures Housing Group has put out a tender for the development and hosting of a choice-based lettings website.
Put out on behalf of the Derbyshire Home Options Partnership, a consortium of local authorities and registered housing providers, the Futures Housing Group is seeking a single economic operator.
A public and a back office website are both required, the tender states, with the estimated value of £250,000 for the operation.
The site will need to include an online housing application, automated register reviews prospects calculator, and targeted web-based housing advice alternative housing options, amongst other services.
The contract is for three years with a unilateral option to extend for a further period of three years.
