E-ACT is looking to set up a framework for consultancy services for digital strategies, online builds and related services, expected to last for 24 months.

Valued at between £70,000 and £100,000, the framework will see suppliers deliver innovative, fully tracked campaigns to encourage direct response, attitude and behavioural change.

E-ACT notes “the Supplier(s) must be able to fulfil any requirements for Direct Marketing and related services, either independently or via their marketing solutions network across all relevant channels”.

The deadline for tenders is Wednesday, March 26, 2014.
