The British Heart Foundation is set to launch a campaign to raise awareness about the importance of leaving gifts in wills to help fund research.

The campaign poses the impact of legacy giving and the research it helps the British Heart Foundation fund, as 'something to think about'.

The emotional TV ad, created by Arthur London, shows real-life families creating 'memory films' about someone they have lost to heart disease and then watching them back in a private room. Their reactions were filmed from behind a one-way screen.

Nick Spindler, partner at Arthur London said: “This has been an incredibly moving campaign to work on, we’ve been inspired by the families we’ve met and the work the British Heart Foundation are doing so that other families don’t have to suffer like they have.”

The campaign launches on Monday 17 March.
