The Mirror is looking to show off its differences from the rest of the red top market in a new creative campaign, promoting the brand as “a tabloid with a brain”.

Created by Quiet Storm, the campaign features three ads, which look to demonstrate how the Mirror has more perspective than other tabloids.

Zoe Harris, Trinity Mirror’s group marketing director said: “The ads are fun, engaging and thought-provoking and perfectly capture the essence of what the Mirror is all about.

“This builds on the success of last year’s activity, and evolves the brand’s unique position as the tabloid with a brain.”

Set to run for six months, the campaign will be supported by digital, social, print and outdoor, with the first TV ad to be aired this Friday, 14 March, during Coronation Street.

Trevor Robinson, from Quiet Storm said: "It's very exciting moving the #Madeuthink campaign on, we've really enjoyed creating something that is entertaining whilst also driving home what makes Mirror truly different."

Planning for the campaign has been handled by Carat Manchester.
