Turkish Airlines seeks to enhance digital customer experience with Huge appointment

Turkish Airlines has charged Huge with developing its customer experience across all platforms, providing digital strategy and design services across desktop, tablet, mobile and iOS.

Of the appointment, Cengiz Değirmenci, online sales and marketing manager at Turkish Airlines said: “Turkish Airlines is excited to embark on this project to refresh and expand our digital ecosystem. Huge will be a proper digital partner for Turkish Airlines because of its proven track record building digital products that consistently redefine best-in-class user experiences.”

Huge COO and president, Shirley Au, added: “Approximately 50 million people fly with Turkish Airlines each year. We’re focused on making sure every single one of those people has an experience in digital that lives up to the exceptional service that Turkish Airlines is known for. We’re incredibly excited to work with a partner that has such a strong commitment to serving their customers.”

In addition Huge will work on turkishairlines.com, set to launch in early 2015, in partnership with local digital agency Alpha Dog, who will handle digital production, and IBM, who will handle technology services.
