With Fashion Week season continuing at pace (we’re onto Paris Fashion Week now in case you were wondering) British label Aquascutum has partnered with Ubiquitous to make a splash on London cabs.

Designed to increase awareness and drive footfall to Aquascutum’s store on Great Marlborough Street in London’s Soho, the branded taxi’s hope to build on the brand’s existing customer base while also appealing to a younger audience and form part of a wider spring/summer marketing push.

“Promoting our latest collection on a globally recognised icon – the British taxi – was a natural choice, particularly given Aquascutum’s 163 year history in Britain. Not only do taxis travel across the entire city, but they also provide us with a perfect blank canvas to bedeck with eye-catching visuals of this season’s campaign,” explained Elise Hamer, marketing and PR executive for Aquascutum.

As a memento of travelling with Aquascutum passengers will receive printed receipts featuring images from the brand’s spring/summer campaign. Londoners using the cabs are encouraged to post snaps on social media using the hashtag #AquaTaxi.
