Though this won’t be hitting TV screens anytime soon, we were thoroughly impressed by the first work to come out of Droga5 Europe and believe it’s worthy of bending the Ad of the Day rules to show you.

The interactive video, entitled Beat by Beat, is for cult headphone brand Beats by Dre and features Brit Award winners Rudimental. The video enables viewers to isolate certain parts of the band’s track ‘Powerless’ by clicking on certain parts of the screen.

Aiming to recreate the studio mixing deck the creative highlights how Beats by Dre headphones enable listeners to hear tracks as the artists intended (though you’d expect them to be good with a price tag that hefty attached).

As much as we'd love you to stay on The Drum and watch, elect to watch the video through YouTube to be able to take part in the interactive element of the film because as much as we enjoyed hearing Rudimental discuss the creation of the song the interactive element is the most interesting part.
