Luxury travel and boutique brand Mr and Mrs Smith is embarking on a drive to provide more bespoke content through the use of Sailthru, a technology that allows companies to gain a single view of its customers.

Through an “omnichannel personalisation suite” Sailthru, which launched in the UK last August, will enable Mr and Mrs Smith to engage with their individual customers by delivering relevant content as well as optimising revenue opportunities.

Aline Keuroghlian, head of marketing and PR at Mr and Mrs Smith commented: “We have recently implemented the innovative Sailthru technology across our communications, so we can approach CRM in a more holistic and relevant way.

“We were particularly excited about harnessing the array of touchpoints and interactions our customers have with us across all our channels, so we can build an informed profile of their interests, and ultimately create intelligent, tailored messages specially for each of them”.

Other European brands, including Achica, Busuu and Delivery Hero have also signed up to use the technology.
