How your agency’s staff can improve their client agency relationships in order to generate the maximum revenue from your clients is the theme for The Drum Network’s next business breakfast event taking place in London in April.

Edwards will speak about how to maximise your client agency relationships

Marketer Andy Edwards is the pioneer of Relationomics – the art of creating tangible value from every business relationship – and he will be speaking to agency owners and directors about how agency staff can foster the very best client/agency relationships to results in the maximum returns in the years ahead.

Having majored and lectured in marketing, Edwards further qualified in Behavioural Psychology and has a diploma in Coaching and is now MD and lead consultant with Nine 5 Three Ltd. He runs training, speaking, personal development and coaching-based events in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, which specifically focus on Client Relationships (Sales), Team Relationships (Communication) and Self Relationship (Motivation).

Edwards said: “If people buy from people, then you need to create, build and maintain the best possible business relationships. A good relationship, plus a demonstration of compelling value, equals an easier sale. In building rapport, we must be aware of our own personal styles and impact. Learn our own psychological preferences – or risk alienating up to 75% of the people we meet. The REAL currency in an organisation is not money – it is relationships”

Also speaking at this Drum Network Business Breakfast event is the co-founder of specialist creative industries accountancy firm The Wow Company, Peter Czapp, who will be revealing and debating the key findings of their latest annual agency benchmarking study, the research for which is currently underway. The Business Breakfast is being held at the Brick Lane offices of DigitasLBi on Tuesday 1st April from 9am onwards.

Tickets can be purchased online via The Drum Network’s website priced at £75.
