Community Channel is today launching a national campaign, funded by the Big Lottery Fund with the aim to inspire people to do something brilliant in their own lives, supported by a new website.

Created by Corporation Pop, the website will act as a hub where 'little brilliant things' are housed to celebrate what’s on offer locally and provide suggestions for people to get involved.

“Partnerships are at the heart of our Do Something Brilliant campaign and the generosity of Corporation Pop in both terms of time and resources has been imperative to ensuring this campaign a success. The interactive nature of the website is what’s core to creating conversations between charities, communities and individuals and it’s this factor which is integral to help to inspire others to do #somethingbrilliant”, said Nicola Morris, head of online at Community Channel, which is owned by Media Trust.

This is the second project Corporation Pop has delivered for the charity, having re-designed Media Trust’s own website last year.
