Johnson Cleaners and Jeeves of Belgravia have appointed Parker Hobart to handle its consumer PR for the next 12 months.

The two dry cleaning brands, part of the Johnson Service Group, appointed the agency following a four-way competitive pitch, with the aim to help build brand awareness and support the company’s commercial objectives.

Johnson marketing director Jacey Moore said: “PR is an important part of our growth strategy for 2014, as we look to build brand awareness and progress the brands’ commercial objectives. It’s an exciting year for us and we felt that during the pitch process Parker Hobart demonstrated that they were the right agency to tell our story.”

Parker Hobart will look to reaffirm the positioning of Johnson Cleaners, while looking to raise awareness of premium dry cleaning brand Jeeves of Belgravia with news generation, creative content and partnerships.
