Small Luxury Hotels of the World has appointed Cherry London to manage all partnership marketing activity after it re-developed the brand’s global partnership strategy.

Tim Davis, global marketing director at Small Luxury Hotels of the World, said it was time to take the “partnership activity to the next level” and that “Cherry London offered unparalleled expertise in this area.”

He explained: “We are looking for a more strategic approach and are keen to ensure the partners we work with are a great match for our brand, stand us apart from our competitors, and importantly are attractive to our members and potential customers.”

The win for Cherry London comes following a series of senior appointments. Shelley Bishton, former head of loyalty at The Daily Telegraph, has joined the agency as head of partnerships while Charlie Hills, from The Marketing Store, has been recently named head of strategy. Rounding off the hires is Penny Dinmore who joined from SapientNitro to take on the client services director role.
