Jason Andrews has been promoted the executive board of Rapp in London and will take on responsibility for data, technology and media.

Promotion: Jason Andrews

Andrews will lead Rapp’s creative offering across clients including Azko Nobel (Dulux), Barclays, Barclaycard, CRUK, Google, Guide Dogs and Virgin Media.

In addition, Rik Haslam will take the top creative role at Rapp in New York following the departure of husband and wife ECD team Wayne and Kim Pick, who have returned to New Zealand after two years in New York.

Andrews will report to global chief creative officer Ian Haworth, who said: “We hired Jason because of his creative leadership in the market and his award--‐winning reputation.” “In just 12 months Jason has made a significant difference to clients such as Virgin Media and Barclaycard and he is already delivering awards with four DMAs in his first year, including a Gold for Virgin Media.”

Andrews joins Haworth, CEO Marco Scognamiglio, chief client officer Samantha Nolan, sales and marketing director Margaret Wagner, CFO Dennis Gillespie and head of HR and people development Suzanne Hillier on the executive board.

Andrews said: “Creativity is all about the experiences customers have when they interact with brands across an increasingly diverse spread of touch points. Not only do I have a multiskilled and talented creative department to work with, but my toolbox also contains data, media and tech specialists. This opens up a whole new world of opportunities for creative experimentation far outside the traditional boundaries.”
