Dentsu Aegis Network acquires social creative company Verawom

Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired of China based social creative company Verawom.

The agency will now become part of Isobar China group and be referred to as “Verawom – Linked by Isobar.”

Jack Wan, founder and CEO of Verawom will remain in his role, reporting to Jane Linbaden, CEO of Isobar China group.

I’m confident that with our shared values and commitment to innovation in digital, this partnership will allow us to leverage the global resources and talent of the group, to deliver groundbreaking campaigns for our clients,” Win said of the acquisition.

Verawom’s client base includes Fiat, Abbott and Bacardi.
