Inspiration can come from anywhere, as ad campaign for Advertising Week Europe created by Karmarama reveals, featuring industry and cultural figures such as Facebook’s Sheryl Sandberg and WPP’s Sir Martin Sorrell.

The campaign looks to promote that on the week beginning 31 March, the best place to find inspiration will be at Advertising Week.

Each execution features a leading industry or cultural figure answering the question of what inspires them, which is then dramatised by photographer David Gill.

Dave Buonaguidi, chief creative officer at Karmarama, commented: “The subject matter and target audience of the campaign has made this a rewarding and engaging project to work on, from the initial briefing right through to the final design work, and we’re really proud of the creative work.”Outdoor Partners such as Amscreen, Clear Channel, Exterion and Primesight are running the campaign across both traditional and digital outdoor platforms, while a print campaign will run across titles including The Drum, The Guardian, Metro and News UK.
Matt Scheckner, Advertising Week Europe executive director, commented: “Karmarama absolutely nailed it and we are proud and humbled to present many of the most inspirational figures in the industry and to have so many fantastic media partners which ensures the creative will envelope London.”
Other names involved in the campaign include Sir John Hegarty from BBH; Fru Hazlitt, MD of ITV; Lord Sugar; Boris Johnson; and Arianna Huffington.
