Live & Breathe has appointed Viv Craske as head of digital, as the agency looks to broaden its digital capabilities.

Craske joins from Digital Marketing Blueprint, a full-service Facebook marketing agency that he founded, and in his new role will report into Live & Breathe MD Nick Gray.

“The appointment of Viv represents Live & Breathe’s commitment to broadening its ability to develop campaigns and ideas that can respond to client needs beyond traditional shopper and retail marketing,” Gray explained.

“Viv’s expertise will be vital to our client’s need for a vertically-integrated digital buyer response, from strategy and planning, through the path to purchase and post-sale to loyalty and advocacy.”

At Live & Breathe, Craske will be responsible for overseeing existing client needs, building the team and broadening the agency’s suite of products and services.

Craske said: “There is a disconnect between how some agencies sell digital and what clients actually need. For example, there is still a strong need among retailers for clarification and advice on how digital fits as part of their shopper marketing strategies. My role will be to help bridge this gap and position Live & Breathe as an agency that doesn’t simply sell digital, but delivers bespoke digital and social strategies to meet these needs.”

In his previous role, Craske provided consultancy and strategic advice on Facebook best practices for brands and agencies.
