Kevin Jonas announces birth of baby through sponsored tweet
In possibly the first sponsored birth, Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle announced that his wife had gone into labour and the birth of his daughter in a series of sponsored tweets by soap powder Dreft.As well as a series of tweets being sent to promote the coming of the baby, the first picture of baby Alena Rose Jones was also sent out through Twitter.This makes a change from the usual deals name between celebrities and magazines for baby snaps.It is currently unknown how much the deal with Dreft is worth, but it has seen over 10,000 tweets sent about the brand in the last two days, according to Topsy.
