Skycig, the electronic cigarette brand, has asked Brothers and Sisters to handle its £20m advertising and branding drive.

The appointment was made after the company met with several agencies.

"From the moment we stepped into the Brothers and Sisters office we got a really good feeling from them. They seem like-minded in the way they work and agile in their ability to move things forward, which is a key attribute in the fast-growing e-cigarette industry. We are all very excited about working with them." Jacob Fuller, CEO and founder of Skycig.

Brothers and Sisters will start working with Skycig immediately to further develop the brand identity and produce a comprehensive national advertising campaign.

Andy Fowler, Founder and ECD at Brothers and Sisters, added: “Skycig is a truly innovative company in an exciting new growth sector. This is an opportunity to establish the first great brand in an emerging category.”

The campaign is expected to run across TV, digital, outdoor, press and cinema.
