Coca-Cola will tell the tale of small but determined high school footballer in one of its two 60” Super Bowl ad spots this Sunday (2 February).

As the Broncos and Seahawks battle it out, Coca-Cola’s ‘Going All The Way’ will tell the story of young footballer Adrian’s triumph over adversity and he goes all out win the affections of his team when the opposition fumbles and leaves the ball in his arms.

Created by Wieden+Kennedy Portland and RSA’s Jake Scott, Adrian’s transition from benchwarmer to star player is set to the soundtrack of House of Pain’s ‘Jump Around’. After scoring his touchdown the crowd watches as Adrian ‘goes all the way’, running through the streets before sprinting the length of Lambeau Field to perform a touchdown dance. As he celebrates his moment in the sun, a groundskeeper hands him an ice-cold Coca-Cola.

Shot on location in Ashwaubenon, a suburb of Green Bay, Wis., the majority of the ad's cast is made up of Green Bay-area residents, with the stadiums actual groundskeeper of 17 years appearing in the featured role.
