The APA and IPA team up to offer The Future of Advertising…in One Afternoon

The Advertising Producers Association (APA) and the IPA are to run an event which will look at the future of advertising and will include presentations from The Rumpus Room founder Tom Roope, Google creative Andrew Bent and AKQA’s executive creative director, Duan Evans.

The Future of Advertising…in One Afternoon will take place next month (February), and will aim to help delegates understand how the latest developments in technology will grow the possibilities created for brand engagement with consumers.

Also speaking at the event will be AMV’s joint chief strategy office Bridget Angear, Nigel Walley, managing director of Decipher, Will Harris, managing director of ChannelFlip, Duncan Smith, managing director of MindLab, Rob Lawrence, found of HereThereEverywhere, artists and digital designer Brandan Dawes as well as comedian and Twitter guru David Schneider.

The event, which is being run alongside the IPA, is set to be held on the afternoon of Wednesday 19 February, will take place at Bafta on Piccadilly.
