Heinz has launched new packaging for its Reduced Sugar & Salt Beanz range, with the aim of highlighting its nutritional benefits.

The new packaging emphasises that each can contains 30 per cent less sugar and 25 per cent less salt than the standard Heinz Beanz recipe.

Rachael Barnes, Heinz Beanz assistant brand manager, said: “Heinz Beanz is already low in sugar and Heinz Reduced Sugar & Salt Beanz offer particularly health conscious consumers an alternative with even lower levels of sugar and salt.

“The new label change will allow shoppers to more easily find the Heinz Reduced Sugar & Salt offering, and with the new visible on-pack nutritional claims we aim to comfort mums, and encourage them to purchase Heinz Beanz Reduced Salt and Sugar for their family.”

The label refresh will be supported with in-store activation and marketing activity.
