BMW UK to run statutory review of integrated marketing account
BMW UK is set to review its integrated marketing account, currently held by Engine and Dare.
The Drum has been informed that the review by BMW AG is a statutory process and follows Vizeum retaining the media account, HPS retaining the dealer account and Synergy handling its sponsorship as a result of the same review process.
The last time the marketing account was reviewed was in 2009 .
BMW, a founding client of Engine group's creative agency WCRS, which has held the account for over 30 years, has confirmed the review to The Drum, and revealed that it is being handled by AAR.
Earlier this month, BMW UK promoted Uwe Dreher to marketing director,replacing Chris Brownridge, who is now director for Mini UK.
