Polish social media group Socializer acquired by Isobar

Polish social media group Socializer has been acquired by the Dentsu Aegi Network for integration into its Isobar brand.

Acquisiton: Socializer will be integrated into Isobar brand

The group was founded in 2011 and incorporates three brands, Socializer, Lubie and Socialformance, which provide services ranging from strategy development to paid advertising, research and performance analytics tools.

The acquisition of Socializer will extend our services further and strengthen business collaboration delivered on a global scale.”

Clients of the Socializer group include H&M, Microsoft, Avon, Bacardi, Play and Red Bull Mobile. Socializer CEO Lukasz Misiukanis will hold the position of vice-president of Isobar Poland and continue to lead his team as social and media director at Isobar Poland.
