People on the move: Big changes at the top for Publicis Worldwide, new comms chief for BMF and revolving doors at Havas

It has been a week of big hires for Publicis Worldwide, which has appointed Andrew Baxter as CEO, Australia. He has left his role as CEO at Ogilvy Australia with immediate effect to take up his new duties. Publicis said that Baxter will direct the operations of Publicis Worldwide in Australia

Publicis Worldwide has also hired Dylan Williams as its chief strategy officer, luring him from his post as CSO at Mother.

Australian Film and TV director Scott Pickett is joining Über Content. He has previously directed campaigns for McDonalds, Skittles, and Coco-Cola.

Steven Bennett Day has joined Havas as its European digital creative director. He joins the company from Draft FCB and will replace incumbent Nigel Clifton.

TBCH has announced two appointments to its management team, with Shona Forster taking on the role of head of planning and Louise Morgan joining the agency’s management team and board.

Eloise Smith has joined Profero London, moving from her role at Havas. She joins as executive creative director working on brands including M&S and Revlon.

FullSix Group has named Hugh Baillie, former UK CEO of Ogilvy & Mather, as CEO of digital marketing agency Grand Union in the UK. Baillie left Ogilvy & Mather after two-and-a-half years having previously held roles at Grey London and Saatchi and Saatchi.

Lisa Bowcott has joined Saatchi & Saatchi from Havas London. She takes up the role of head of planning.

Sainsbury’s Bank has appointed White & Mackay marketer Cara Chambers to the new role of head of customer and brand for Sainsbury’s Bank. Chambers took up the new position last week.

Kinetic UK has brought in Martyn Stokes as its chief strategy officer, a new role for the company. He assumes his duties in February.

Imagination has hired Matthew Maxwell as digital creative director, tasking him with developing work for clients including Jaguar, Land Rover, Aston Martin and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. He has joined the agency from Sponge.

MWW, one of the top five independent PR agencies in the United States, has appointed Simon Gentry as director of its new London office. He joins from Good Relations.

Nice Agency has today announced its appointment of PayPal's Tim McEvilly as experience design director, following a series of client wins for the agency including Freesat and Channel 5.

JWT Asia Pacific has appointed Josie Brown to its newly created role of APAC digital director, moving from her current role as digital director for Australia.
