TBCH has announced two appointments to its management team, with Shona Forster taking on the role of head of planning and Louise Morgan joining the agency’s management team and board.

As head of planning Forster will be responsible for leading the planning department and delivering strategic insights that drive creative and effective campaigns for TBCH clients.

In 1991 Forster was one of the founding partners of BHWG, which later became Proximity London. After leaving in 2004 she worked as a marketing consultant helping private equity backed companies, such as 118800 and myhomemove.com, most recently she worked with the RNLI on its communication plans for 2014 and beyond.

Of the appointment TBCH CEO Emma Rush said: “Enticing Shona back to agency life is a major coup. She is a highly experienced strategist and consultant who will bring high level strategic thinking to address our clients’ business issues.”

Morgan joins the agency’s management team and board from RAPP, where she spent 17 years in a number of account management roles. Her new role at TBCH sees her tasked with ensuring TBCH delivers high standards of account management across all its clients.

Rush added: “Louise joins with unrivalled experience of running clients of different scale and scope. Her background in running award winning digital accounts as well as more traditional accounts fits perfectly with our breadth of skills.”

The new hires follow Rush’s own appointment as CEO of the London-based integrated agency, part of the Diversified Agency Services division of Omnicom, in November of last year.
