Sally Salon Services appoints The Blueberry Wave as strategic CRM partner

Sally Salon Services has announced the appointment of The Blueberry Wave as its strategic CRM partner, with the aim to develop and implement a single customer view (SCV) database.

The Blueberry Wave has been briefed to help Sally Salon Services get closer to their customers by developing a strategic plan that aligns with their wider corporate strategy and associated growth targets.

Alan Revitt, commercial and marketing director (VP) at Sally Salon Services, said: “We chose The Blueberry Wave because they have the expertise to deliver all our CRM-based requirements. The Blueberry Wave will provide Sally Salon Services with a platform to identify and develop new communication activities and refine existing activity across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to development and re-activation.
