MEC has announced a series of appointments alongside the restructuring of its EMEA headquarters and Global Solutions arm.

Appointment: MEC has announced a staff shuffle

MEC has ‘aligned’ the two services and the new team will oversee the integration of Global Solutions and EMEA.

James Northway has been appointed head of analytics and insight for Global Solutions and EMEA, and joins from his role as regional managing director at Mediabrands, while OMD’s Andy Reynolds has joined as strategy partner.

Jeff Hyams has been appointed chief digital officer for Global Solutions and EMEA, while Stuart Sullivan-Martin moves from his chief strategy officer of MEC UK role to the same position for Global Solutions and EMEA.

Allison Coley has been promoted to client president and Mike Cuva has been promoted to managing partner.

Alastair Aird, COO Global and CEO EMEA, said: “By aligning Global Solutions more closely with the EMEA management group we are strengthening our position as a genuine centre of international excellence that allows us to support our international clients while also growing our thriving local market capabilities.”

The changes follow the appointment of Alex Altman as Global Solutions MD earlier this year.
