Clemenger BBDO Sydney has designed an iPhone app that it says “will change the way you interact with Facebook.”

The app was designed by Clemenger BBDO

It was designed for client 5 Gum.

Clemenger BBDO said it was the first iPhone application of its kind to combine movement and sound.

It enables users to listen to their Facebook feed undetected, using the iPhone’s gyroscope and accelerometer to navigate their Facebook feed using motion gestures.

Clemenger BBDO Sydney executive creative director, Paul Nagy, said the app delivers a new way to engage with Facebook and provides a “subverted sensory experience.”

Tami Cunningham, Marketing Director at 5 Gum, said: “Facebook has transformed how and where we consume news and information, with 7.3 million Aussies now logging on every day from their mobile devices. Our new app taps into this usage trend and allows users to receive their Facebook news updates anywhere, anytime so they never miss out on the latest information from their friends.”

The launch is executed via online film, outdoor and Facebook.
