YouTube has updated its annual summary of the UK’s most watched, shared and talked-about videos with a fresh batch of Top 10 lists to jog memories of favourite clips and introduce you to some great material you might have missed.

YouTube Rewind 2013 contains, as ever, a varied bag of material; ranging from a clip of Will and Jaden Smith rapping on the Graham Norton Show Tom Daley’s recent ‘Something I want to say’ message to fans as he came out as being gay.

The UK’s overall number one spot was claimed by a comedy short titled ‘How Animals Eat Their Food’, which generated over 88m views and 3m subscribers for its creator – MisterEpicMann.

Elsewhere two of the top trending vids arrived courtesy of Britain’s Got Talent auditions, a performance by Hungarian dance troupe Attraction which generated 28m views and an impersonation of Katie Price and Cheryl Cole by comedian Francine Lewis which drew 6m viewers.
