Luxury real estate concept launches in Turkey with brand identity and experience from Pearlfisher New York

Turkish property developer Ergun Akgün has turned to Pearlfisher New York to design and launch a new real estate concept with sustainability at its heart in Bodrum, Turkey.

Eco Farmhouses is a luxury development of nine exclusive farmhouse-style villas with panoramic views of Gumusluk Bay and the blue waters of the Aegean Sea. Sustainable living has been integrated into the community, with owners offered the chance to take on new hobbies, such as growing plants, with fresh organic food grown on-site daily.

“The philosophy of the Farmhouses is to create strong and long-lasting connections between the owners and nature, integrating a unique and truly organic experience – from the fresh air, peaceful site and unspoilt surroundings to the sustainable energy use and organic produce that is grown on-site and available all year round to the development’s owners and local restaurants and markets. The identity and brand experience Pearlfisher designed reflects the brand’s luxury and eco credentials and provides a strong platform for future brand and marketing,” said Ergun Akgün, luxury property developer and entrepreneur.

Pearlfisher founding partner and chief creative officer, Jonathan Ford, said of the brand identity: “The infinity symbol embodies the longevity of sustainable living and the continuous loop of the organic experience that this development aspires to. The typeface, colours and textures reflect the philosophy and personality of the development, which is naturally inclusive, creative and dynamic. A range of environmental equities and marketing material were also designed to take people to the heart of the experience and bring the Eco Farmhouses’ philosophy to life.”

The nine villas have all been built to high style and environmental standards by local craftsmen.
