The Cabinet Office, acting for the UK Government, has put its events planning, delivery and related services framework to tender.

Valued at between £40m and £50m, the framework is set to run for four years, and it is predicted that a maximum of 25 participants will be included.

The framework is split into two lots. Lot one covers events planning, management and delivery; while lot two includes audio-visual (AV) equipment, services, design and integration.

It is not just the UK Government itself that will be covered by the framework: it is for all departments, including their arm's length bodies and agencies, non departmental public bodies,

NHS bodies and local authorities.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 3pm on 10 January, 2014.
