Tessuti appoints 7thingsmedia to SEO account

Designer department store Tessuti has awarded its SEO account to 7thingsmedia following a competitive pitch.

The London, New York and Singapore-based digital media agency has been tasked with integrating the brand’s SEO activity with its wider marketing communications strategy, and follows 7thingsmedia’s management of Tessuti’s PPC channel.

Matthew Munnelly, head of ecommerce at Tessuti, said the brand was “delighted” to be working with 7thingsmedia on this project following “outstanding results through their paid search activity”.

7thingsmedia performance director, David McDermott, added: “The search teams and whole agency are delighted to be adding to our highly successfully PPC campaign with the SEO brief. Due to our knowledge of the brand, and specific insights into search, this has enabled us to create a comprehensive three year holistic search plan; based on proven techniques while utilising industry leading innovations.”

The brief includes creating a strategic long-term SEO plan including projects such as local and mobile SEO, multilingual rollout and ensuring effective search rankings for new and existing concession brands including Hugo Boss, Armani Jeans, Barbour and Y3.
